"Pro Tools AVoption requiresauthorization" error when AVoption is not installed.

This is caused when the Video Engine folder is in the DAE Folder and AVoption is not authorized. This can happen if the user installs AVoption from the installer or by drag copying the DAE folder from the PT 5.0 CD and not deleting the Video engine folder.
