DAE error -12 while launching Pro Tools 5.0. If I get a Type 12 error and try to relaunch without restarting the computer it will then crash with a Type 2 error.

This has been known to be caused by a corrupt OMS studio setup file. Trash this file, make a new setup, then relaunch Pro Tools.
