DAE error - 6012 while launching Pro Tools

DAE error - 6012 while launching Pro Tools.

This can be caused by a Miro DC-30 capture card installed in a Sawtooth (AGP) G4. The DC-30 is not PCI 2.1 compliant and may not run in the system, Pro Tools may not even launch.
