Yes, however the two components Encoder and Decoder each take up an entire SRAM chip (mix cards have 4 each), which leaves only one SRAM free on a mix core if using a 32 voice engine, and none free if using a 64 voice playback engine. The encoder by itself takes up 82% of the first SRAM chip, leaving enough room to instantiate the Surround Panner plug-in tentimes, which in order to work must be on the same DSP chip as the Encoder.
