Can a 16 channel audio interface cable (Y-cable) be used with a MIX Farm or DSP Farm card?

The 16 channel audio interface cable (Y-cable) can be used with d24 core, Mix Core, and Mix Farm Cards. The Y-cable cannot be used with DSP farm cards, such as the farms shipped with the d24 core card.
