When powercycling HUI with MTP II, the MTP II is "locked up" (all output port lights lit), or in a mode where it's channelizing the HUI output data to all the ports.

This behavior will not happen every time, but can occur. To avoid the problem, disconnect the HUI's output before powering down, or, if the problem does occur, power cycle your MTP II, and it will return to normal operation.
