error 2108 when trying to launch media composer NT or MAC, after installing Audio Suite plug-ins.

This is caused by installing an older version of a Audio Suite plug-in (using plug-ins CD ver 1) on an New version of Media Composer, (NT 9.1 Mac 8.1) Remove the older version and replace with new version ( plug -ins CD ver 2 or above).
