How do I know what my analog and digital input and output RCA jacks are...

How do I know what my analog and digital input and output RCA jacks are on the back of the Audiomedia III card?

Looking at the Audiomedia III card from left to right the first jack (yellow) is the digital in, next is digital out, followed by left and right analog in, and then left and right analog out.
