What audio file formats does it support? Can I use any old Sample Library CD?
A:
SampleCell II for Windows supports .wav only. If you are using MacOpener, you will be able to access most popular audio formats, such as AIFF and SDII. To utilize an AUDIO CD of samples (one that will play in a normal CD player) the audio samples must first be loaded into Pro Tools, Sound Forge, or another audio application which will convert the audio into .wav format.
