This is a misprint in the manual. The representation of the 80 pin PCI-13-RX400v is correct, but the picture of the 68 pin PCI-13R is not. In reality he PCI-13R has its slots numbered right to left (two different buses, 4-9 and 4-10) and the controller slot is on the right, next to the power supply.
