This can be due to several things. Check to see that in Setup>Peripherals that the type of device is selected and on the correct port. Check Current time in Session Setup to verify incoming timecode to. If these settings are correct but you still do not see incoming timecode, try trashing OMS prefs, DAE prefs and Digisetup along with preferences from the Preferences folder (inside the system folder), restart the computer and relaunch .
