I've entered my authorization code (or serial number) but the OK/Verify button is still greyed out.

The authorization code (PT LE version 5.0) is a string of 5 English words, in ALL CAPS, separated by a single space. Pro Tools 5.0.1 (TDM and LE) introduced a serial number copy protection scheme consisting of an alphanumeric string. These text fields are case and space sensitive so reenter the code exactly as it appears on the sticker.
