These errors can occur if you install Pro Tools before installing the Wave Driver, or have an incorrect driver installation. Resources must be assigned to the hardware before Pro Tools is installed. Therefore, it is imperative that you follow the installation procedure documented in Chapter 3 (specifically, pages 19-21) of the Getting Started with Digi 001 Guide.
