How do I move Pro Tools TDM sessions between Mac and PC?

You need to use Mac Opener by DataViz. Mac Opener will allow you to mount HFS (Mac) volumes and read Pro Tools session documents and audio files. You can work directly on the Mac volume or convert and save the session to FAT or NTFS volumes.
