Q:
MasterList CD requires 13 digits for UPC/catalog numbers but my number has less than 13. What should I do?
A:
Enter zeros in front of your UPC/catalog numbers to fill in the remaining digits. Example: catalog# 9233641 would be entered as:0000009233641.
