Q:
How do I get the wave driver to install If I installed it with the add new hardware control panel.
A:
There are two ways:1) Remove your digi 001 or Audiomedia III from the device manager, and then delete the digidesigndalwdm.inf file in directory path of C:\Windows\inf\other\digidesigndalwdm.infThen restart the computer. After the computer restarts, windows will detect the Digi hardware again. After Windows detects the hardware, choose specify location and browse to the folder where the wave driver is on the Pro Tools disc.2) You can also use the update driver option under the driver tab for the digi 001\Audiomedia III in device manager. (This will only work if the user had installed using the add new hardware control panel to install the driver).
