Check that an extension called 'clevercontentextension' is not installed on the system. This is an image-viewing extension installed when you visit various map-displaying sites, such as www.earthimage2000.net which has been found to conflict with and corrupt DAE. If it is in the system you must remove it, power the computer and interfaces totally down, and then start everything back up. It may also be necessary to trash Digisetup and reinstall DAE.
