When opening a session in AV Option 5.0 or 5.0.1 with pull down engaged...

When opening a session in AV Option 5.0 or 5.0.1 with pull down engaged, video is spotted to an incorrect time code location.

Known issue.The pulldown command isn't sent to the video engine until pulldown is toggled in the session setup window. Toggling this option will wake up the software and video will be spotted correctly.This is fixed in AV Option 5.1.
