Why aren't my cards showing up in my older Bit 3 (SBS) 7 slot chassis (shipped in 1998).
 
A:
On Bit-3 chassis shipped in 1998, all three boards have a PCI Bridge Chip. These must be IBM bridge chips with the "82353" part number.
