Q:
What is FilmFrame and why would a customer want to buy it?
A:
FilmFrame is a software enhancement to AVoption that enables import and playback of Film Composer media. Film Composer's media is unique in that it runs at true 24 fps (frames per second) so that editors can work directly with representations of the original film frames (not telecine'd conversions). FilmFrame allows AVoption-equipped Pro Tools systems to import and playback such projects. Only customers who require compatibility with Film Composer systems will by FilmFrame.
