Is FilmFrame a separate application, or a part of Pro Tools?

FilmFrame is a part of Pro Tools software. If FilmFrame is authorized on an AVoption-equipped rig, Pro Tools will allow the user to import and play back 24 fps Avid video media. If FilmFrame is not authorized, an alert message is triggered when a user attempts to do this. Other than this capability, there is absolutely no other difference in how Pro Tools looks or acts when FilmFrame is present.
