In Pro Tools 5.1 for Windows ME, Pressing Key while scrubbing causes the playback line to stop, playback meters to freeze, the scrub playback to get stuck and scrub to the end/beginning of the track.

The workaround is to release the mouse button. Everything returns to normal.
