Machine Control functionality with Pro Tools 5.1 (when using the optional Machine Control package) includes remote track arming. We have identified enough known problems when using remote mode in the Pro Tools 5.1 release that we feel:- Current problems will prevent its use for track arming with a console - Current problems will prevent its use with any synchronizer controlling multiple time code devices - Current operation will allow some simple desktop remote 9 pin controller boxes that are only giving simple machine control commands to function properly.
