Why isn't my second and third SampleCell Plus seen in a 2001 G4 (466,533, 667, 733)

This was a bug with with Pro Tools 5.1, DAE,DigiSystem Init 5.1. The first card would be seen but subsequent cards wouldn't be seen by the editor no Digitest 5.1b1.This has been fixed in Pro Tools 5.1.1 (Read below).
