DAE error -9131 while playing back or launching a session in Pro Tools LE 5.1

The most likely causes:1) The disk is corrupt - run Windows Scandisk or another disk utility. Initialize if practical / necessary.2) One or more audio files in the session were deleted since the session has been open.
