Q:
"You do not have permission to open this file, call administration" error message upon initiation of Bounce to Disk in Pro Tools LE 5.1 for Windows.
 
A:
In one case, this error occurred because the file destination of the Bounce to Disk was set to a CDR burner rather than a valid audio drive.
