This was seen when user selected the Pro Tools III check box in addition to Audiomedia III when installing Pro Tools 4.0 onto an Audiomedia III system.This will install additional TDM plug-ins that can't be used on your system. Remove the mixer, procrastinator, mod delay, dither, time adjuster, and dynamics plug-ins.
