When booting the computer, the Soft SampleCell INIT (extension) has a red cross (X) through it.

There is a conflict with the Soft SampleCell INIT and the Newer Technology USB uDrive extension(s). Disabling the uDrive extension(s) in Extensions Manager resolves the issue.
