Random DAE -6042 on Pro Tools LE with Audiomedia III or Digi 001 on Windows 98/ME when using a MIDI Sport 4x4 USB interface. The error only occurs when working with MIDI tracks.

Open the Multimedia control panel and disable the usage of MIDI functions of the MIDI Sport interface, or do not use MIDI.
