When Quantizing multiple MIDI tracks, only the topmost track is processed. All other MIDI operations are applied to all highlighted tracks.

This is a bug in Pro Tools 5.1.1 when MIDI data is being viewed as "Regions" in the Edit Window. The current workaround is to view the MIDI data as "Notes".
