When I try to launch Pro Tools LE for Windows the message "This demonstration version of ______ has expired" appears.

After installing and activating a Plug-In Demo, it will be available for a period of 15 days. Once the trial period has elapsed, you will need to remove the expired Plug-In(s) to avoid the Plug-In expiration notices that will occur while launching Pro Tools. To Remove an expired Plug-In, choose Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. Highlight the expired Plug-In on the list of programs and choose the "Add/Remove" button to delete the Plug-In.
