Yes. 23.98 fps (actually 23.976) is 24 fps, pulled down. So to run at 23.98, you need to select 24 fps pull-down as the frame rate for the session.If there's video in the session, then FilmFrame is required. If it's 24 fps (interlaced), an AVoption system is needed. If it's 24P, an AVoption|XL system is needed. If the session is audio only, FilmFrame is not required.
