Q:
PaulKeys controller is not getting acknowledgment back from Pro Tools when arming tracks in remote mode.
 
A:
Make sure "ignore track arming" isn't checked in Peripherals > Machine Control.We've heard reports of this issue with the PaulKeys box. Pro Tools gets the transport commands, but the controller doesn't receive tallys on the way back. The initial release of Remote Mode (in Pro Tools 5.1) only supports four controllers ( Soundmaster, KCU/Lynx, Microlynx, and Colin Broad.) Other controllers may work, they just have not been tested.
