Q:
When attempting to use Soft SampleCell with Pro Tools via DirectConnect, it always displays "No Link Available" even though "DirectConnect" is chosen in the SampleCell>SampleCell Setup window.
A:
In one case, it was found that the Soft SampleCell DirectConnect Data extension was in the DAE Folder>Plug-Ins folder instead of the Extensions folder. Moving it to the proper location resolved the problem.
