In Pro Tools 5.1.3 AVoption XL crashes with a type 3 error when digitizing.
 
A:
For AVoption|XL users, recording lengthy uncompressed videos (such as 50 minutes) with 16 audio tracks requires that you allocate at least 120 MB of memory to Pro Tools. Recording with lower allocations may result in an error type 3 crash.
