DAE error 39 or -39. Pro Tools will not launch and the system is some times frozen at the error. Trashing the prefs does not fix the problem.
A:
DAE error 39 or -39 in most cases indicates that the DAE is corrupted. You will see this error even if you try launching DAE alone. FIX : Remove the DAE app and replace it with a new one.
