I am not getting any MIDI input even though OMS is configured, input devices are enabled and rec is on the MIDI track.

Make sure that a device is assigned to the MIDI tracks output.If there is no device present and it is set to none, no MIDI communication will be available to and from that track. No input signal will be seen.
