In Pro Tools 5.1.1 While recording an audio track if you use command Z or choose Edit > Undo to undo something, then hit stop you are no longer able to redo the thing that you just undid.
A:
If you had just completed recording an audio track and then start to record on a second audio track. Then while recording the second track if you hit command Z or choose Edit > Undo. It will undo the first recording and remove the audio file from the disk.This is a destructive undo that can cause you to loose audio if you are not aware of it.
