The keyboard shortcut, Command + = (to toggle between Edit and Mix windows...

The keyboard shortcut, Command + = (to toggle between Edit and Mix windows) is not working. All other keyboard commands seem to be working fine: (command 1, command C, option + 0, etc)

In one case this was caused when the Keyboard layout was set to "Brazil". Switching to" English" in the Control Panels > Keyboard window resolved the problem.
