Pro Tools AVoption Error: Could Not Parse Video File

When digitizing video and audio. A dialog box comes up after digitizing is complete, asking the user to locate the video file that was just digitized. When the file is selected the error "Could Not Parse Video File." is displayed.In this case a bad JNI Fiber Channel card was causing the problem. Replacing the card resolved the issue.
