Error 108 while doing a Save Session Copy In. When trying to do a Save session copy in of a VERY large session Pro Tools will get around 75% of the way through the consolidation and quit out with an Error type 108. This is 100% reproducible.

This is a known issue. The manual workaround is to back up each separate Pro Tools session and audio folder individually.This is seen in Pro Tools 5.1/5.11 or 5.13. This has been seen in systems with 256mb, 700 and 1gb of Ram installed.
