"Cannot perform the operation because the selected Audio Suite TC/E plug-in could not be instantiated" error message in Pro Tools 5.1 when using the time compression/expansion trimmer

Go to the Setups Menu > Preferences, choose Processing, then make sure that Time Compression/Expansion Plug-In is set to "Digidesign TC/E" rather than "None"
