I just installed my Pro Tools|HD system and I hear what seems like pops and clicks, similar to a clocking issue. I swapped out the 192 and 96 I/O's.
 
A:
In addition to clocking issues, clicks and pops may be caused by bad RAM. Try swapping out RAM sticks to solve the issue.
