"The Real Audio option cannot be enabled because a program error occurred -2804 while loading the RealAudio.dll"
A:
This can occur if files are out of date in the System Folder > AD Folder > Codecs Folder > RealAudioG2 Folder.The RealAudio Codecs files that are located on the Pro Tools 5.3 for HD Installer disk are not compatible with Pro Tools 5.3 application and must be updated to newer versions to work properly. Please contact Tech Support for instructions.
