Freeze or crash when attempting to change a tracks size (small, medium, large, etc.) in the Pro Tools edit window

In one case, this was seen with mismatched versions of Pro Tools, DAE, and several Digidesign extensions (i.e. Pro Tools 5.1 with DAE 5.1.1). Delete all related files and reinstall Pro Tools from the appropriate install CD.
