I've installed sound replacer v1.2.1 to my Pro Tools v5.1.1 system. When I launch Pro Tools it doesn't say it's in demo mode, doesn't ask for authorization, and isn't in my list of Audio Suite plug-ins.

If the authorizations are installed on an external drive, uninstall them and try installing them on the internal drive. This has solved this problem in some instances.
