Pro tools won't launch and says hardware not installed or used by another program. The 001 interface's green light is on, but the phantom power doesn't light up. Digitest fails the Digi 001 card.There are jumpers on this card.

Removing all the jumpers on the Digi 001 PCI card resolved this issue in one instance. (SL#401167)
