"Error while processing: An Assertion occurred in "FF_audioprocessdecwave.form.cpp," line 94

This has been seen in Pro Tools 5.1.3 when importing 16 bit/44.1kHz audio from a CD into a 48kHz session with the Import Audio from Other Movie command. The error message occurs immediately after you choose the folder you want the new file(s) to be placed, but after you choose the file from CD and it writes the QuickTime file.
