What is the policy for malfunctioning (broken or defective) iLoks?

If your iLok is defective, Digi will replace it along with your registered Digi plug-in authorizations free of charge.If your iLok is damaged, Digi will replace it along with your registered Digi plug-in authorizations for a flat fee of $100. This price includes the replacement iLok and shipping/handling.In both cases return of the damaged/broken iLok is required.
