When I shutdown my computer (Special>Shutdown), my computer restarts

This can happen for one of two reasons:-If you are using MOTU hardware in your system (such as a MIDI interface). To remedy, shutdown the computer BEFORE powering off your MOTU hardware.-If using a USB Extender cable for your QWERTY keyboard. Removing the cable resolves the issue.
